the wedding planning process, you will spend a lot of
time making sure that the wedding gown is perfect, the
reception hall is elegant and the flowers are beautiful

mentioned above. We at Baci Productions DJ's have DJ-ed
hundreds of weddings throughout the years and have the
experience and confidence to make sure that your wedding
will be remembered for years to come.
First of all when
you select Baci Productions DJ's for your wedding, we
sit down with both of you to complete our provided
wedding planner worksheet. Our wedding planner covers
everything we need in detail for the wedding day. During
the planning stages we can meet as many times as you
wish, at no extra charge.
I will work with both of you every step
of the way until the wedding planner is completed. A few
weeks before the wedding, we will get together again to
do a final review of the planner making sure all changes
and selections are noted. By having the planner
completed we won’t have to disturb you on the wedding
dayAt
the reception we will make the bridal party
introductions and other announcements as needed and act
as the coordinator for both videographer and
photographer, making sure that they are present when
needed. We also coordinate with the banquet hall manager
regarding dinner serving, available time and any other
requests.
